One-Day Tour
Program
- Excursion begins at 10 a.m. from the jetty in Ndangane, the gateway to the Sine Saloum
- Djembé drumming and traditional singing on the pirogue with our artists
- Pirogue visit to “Bird Island” to admire the many species living there
- Visit to the traditional village of Mar Lodj, guided by locals
- Head to the “natural pool” in the heart of the mangroves for an apéritif with your feet in the water, while our chef prepares a delicious meal
- Swimming, dancing and laughter after traditional tea
- Return to Ndangane drifting peacefully along the water, still accompanied by our djembés
Rates (Per person)
- 8 to 10 participants: 25,000 FCFA ≈38 €
- 5 to 7 participants: 30,000 FCFA ≈45 €
- 3 to 4 participants: 35,000 FCFA ≈53 €
- 2 participants (excl. artists): 40,000 FCFA ≈60 €
Everything is included in our rates from N'Dangane.
This price covers the maintenance of the pirogue, fuel, meals, all drinks, the guide(s) from Mar Lodj, and of course a fair income shared among our large crew — artists, guides, and captain.
Note: Artists, djembé drumming and singing are included for groups of three or more. If you would like to include this experience for two people, an additional fee of 5,000 FCFA per person will apply.
